I am sitting here with my new friend Yangon Moe, the Webmaster for Shwewarwin Monestary, where I am now staying. Today, I went to hear the great Buddhist Monk and spiritual guide Asabha, who is from the Mogok Vipassana meditation tradition. Although I was told that his classes would be in English, they were not! But Thiry, my guide here in Yangon, intervened, and I met with the man, and he invited me to come be with him and study at his monastery. I of course accepted.
